Support
The fastest way to reach the Blurt team is by email. We read every message and respond as soon as we can.
What to include
To help us fix your issue quickly, please include:
- The app version (shown at the bottom of Blurt's Settings screen)
- Your device model and iOS version
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if relevant
- Your account display name or Apple ID (only if the issue involves your account)
Common topics
- Posting an answer: you can post one answer per day to the daily question. If your upload fails, the app keeps it in a failed state where you can retry or discard it.
- Daily reminder: set your reminder hour in Settings → Notifications. You can change the hour or leave notifications off.
- Anonymous replies: each account gets a limited number of anonymous replies per week; the counter resets weekly.
- Report content or accounts: tap Report on any answer or profile. Reports are reviewed against our Community Guidelines.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile and content from Blurt. See the Privacy Choices page for data export and other requests.
Billing
Blurt is free and does not currently sell subscriptions or in-app purchases. If you are ever billed for something that claims to be Blurt, contact us immediately at the email above.
